Our Wine
We produce exclusive organic rosé wine from Sangiovese grapes grown in our vineyards set amidst the rolling hills of Tuscany. Traditional Tuscan viticulture, organic principles and sustainability practices lie at the core of Caprilla’s ethos.
The result is a wine that truly reflects the terroir - 'Tuscany in a bottle'.
Our Olive Oil
Alongside our vines, olive groves have long been part of the landscape at Caprilla. Each year, we harvest our organic olives early to produce a small batch of premium extra virgin olive oil. Cold pressed and naturally rich in polyphenols, our oil is vibrant and herbaceous, with a distinctive peppery finish. A true taste of our Tuscan land.
